Software and education only
Ameep Trader Pro provides software access, automation tools, member training, licensing and support resources only. It does not provide financial advice or broker/managed account services.
Account and membership
Users must provide accurate signup details and keep login details, licence keys and device access secure. Account access may depend on active payment, licence status and compliance with these terms.
Licence and HWID
Your purchase provides a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Ameep Trader Pro software and member resources. Licences may be locked to one nominated device or hardware ID.
Prohibited conduct
You must not share, resell, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, crack, bypass or remove licensing/security protection from software, downloads, videos or protected materials.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for all trading decisions, software settings, broker/data connection, position sizing, account rules and risk management.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ameep Trader Pro is not liable for trading losses, platform issues, broker outages, prop firm rule breaches, market conditions or indirect/consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
