Refund & Billing Policy
Please read this information carefully before using Ameep Trader Pro software, training, member portal or support services.
Launch setup and monthly membership
The launch setup fee provides account setup, member portal access, software licensing workflow, protected downloads, onboarding resources and training access. Monthly membership provides ongoing licence access, updates, training portal access and support while active.
Digital access
Because Ameep Trader Pro provides digital software access, licence setup, protected downloads and training resources, setup fees may be non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Monthly cancellation
You may cancel future monthly billing through the available billing process or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges or the current billing period unless required by law.
Failed payments
Failed payments, chargebacks, cancelled subscriptions or disputed charges may result in account restrictions, licence suspension, download lock and member portal limitations.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
