We may collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, country, signatures, agreement acceptance, payment status, Stripe customer/subscription details, licence/HWID information, support messages, demo requests, reviews, screenshots, IP/security logs and website usage information.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, process payments, issue licences, manage HWID/device access, provide support, send demo links, maintain agreement records, deliver downloads/training, prevent fraud and improve the platform.
Third-party providers
Payments may be processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may use hosting, database, email, storage, analytics and support providers to operate the service.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Access and correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@ameeptraderpro.com, subject to legal, billing, audit, dispute and security retention requirements.
